LABC Building Awards North West Region

Congratulations to everyone that took part in the exciting awards night held at the Reebok Arena Bolton on the 14^th May. There were in excess of 350 guests at the event, enjoying the rewards of their involvement with LABC, and achieving the best construction and development in the North West.

Time is running out to buy your tickets to the showcase of the best the construction industry has to offer in the North West. Tickets have been selling fast, if you haven’t reserved your place already, there is just time to join your colleagues and peers in the North West to celebrate your successes over the last year.Booking forms and instructions are available from our downloads page.

The awards ceremony is being held at The Premier Suite of the Bolton Reebok Stadium, part of the DeVere Whites Hotel. You can find directions to the event and can make room bookings from their website. We've added a map on the downloads page to help you find and park at the stadium. Please note that the Premier Suite is completely self contained, and has its own independant entrance (not through the hotel). The awards ceremony is being held on 14 May 2010 and starts at 7:15 drinks reception for 8:00 dinner. It is a black tie dinner and is a great opportunity to celebrate the working relationship enjoyed by the design and construction team and to reflect on the success of being shortlisted as a finalist. 

The shortlist for the 2010 Regional Building Excellence Awards has been released. It is available from the downloads page in PDF format. Finalists can now book for the glittering Awards ceremony at The Reebok Arena Bolton on the 14th May. The booking form and booking details are also available from the downloads page.

The LABC North West Building Excellence Awards recognise and reward the best quality design construction and project management in the North West. The quality stems from good design and an efficient design team, and is translated into quality buildings by an effective construction team. Throughout this process Local Authority Building Control monitors the quality of design and construction. The finalists can be proud to be amongst the best projects in the region.

LABC North West Region

Nominations have now closed for the 2010 Regional Building Excellence Awards. The entries are now being collated and entrants will receive an e-mail confirmation that their nomination is being considered for short-listing. This process takes about a week, and shortly after the nominations will be presented to the judges for them to decide which nominations will go forward as finalists to the regional awards. Look out for an announcement regarding the shortlist on this site, or by signing up to the newsletter.

The award ceremony is to be held on the 14^th May at The Reebok Arena Bolton. Advance tickets can be reserved now, before they go on general sale following the close of nominations.
